This project involved the refurbishment and fitout of an existing restaurant into a unique and quirky bar in Cooks Hill’s iconic Darby Street precinct. The aim to utilise recycled and repurposed furniture, doors, light fittings and wall coverings and create a cocktail bar that was very different from the polished establishments in the area.
