A knock-down / rebuild project on an ultra slim block on iconic Bar Beach Avenue. The house included 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, garage and plunge pool while still leaving space for some grass. Utilising water re-use and solar power, the design further promotes natural light and ventilation while performing well in hot and cold weather. Completed in 2023 by Buildsmart Constructions.
