Hypothetical projects are simply ideas for low-level interventions that hope to provide a catalyst in order for others to develop the project further and improve a space, provide a facility, offer a suggestion or simply support a cause. They are projects that R(AD) identifies as having potential to create something more than what exists and sometimes presented in a tongue-in-cheek way.
