We were overwhelmed by Ben’s ability to follow the brief and come up with a design that we never imagined possible. Our dream home has been created thanks to Ben’s attention to the finer details and his abundance of creative ideas, many of which we took on board.
Ben was heavily involved throughout the entire design and construction process. We were faced with a few challenges throughout, however Ben was able to problem solve and work collaboratively with other parties to overcome those hurdles and keep everything on track. As clients we did change our minds on a few design details but these changes were never too much for Ben. He was always more than happy to facilitate our needs and we felt that he went above and beyond our expectations of his role.
