This project involved the alterations and additions to a contemporary residence located in Merewether Heights. The project consisted of an additional lower level room, swimming pool, surrounding deck area and modifications to the large curved roof. The challenging cliff-side site and unique existing house both helped to make this project interesting and unique in it’s own right. Ben was originally the project architect on the project during his time at local firm, EJE. Following the success of the DA process, R(AD) was then engaged for the CC & documentation stages and is now under construction.
